<p>En riktig klassiker i dag! &#8221;Helen&#8221; har varit med sedan tidernas begynnelse inom CrossFit. Ett riktigt roligt pass, kort, endast 3 varv, men med samma mängd jobb varje varv. En utmaning bara det! Steker lätt grepp och lungor!</p>
<p>Riktigt bra jobbat i dag! Vi fick några fina tider och några episka prestationer! Jonas blev påhejjad av hela gymmet i sina sista 6 pullups! Otroligt bra jobbat!</p>
<p>Vad gäller svingarna så var det ingen som mäktade med 56an över huvudet, men 48an fick luftas lite. Överlag så var det krispiga knän och snabba höfter på kvällsklasserna. Bra där!</p>
<p>Jag lovade också lite löst att posta en film från Martin Altemark när han gör Helen på skidor, så här är den, enjoy!</p>

<p>Ibland är det mer än bara jävligt att ta sig igenom vissa metcons. Ibland trycker man på lite extra och gör det jobbigt för sig själv utan att fatta varför. Idag var anledningen att passets upplägg lurade många till att pressa sig extra. Då man själv ansvarar för hur lång tid man har kvar inom givna tidsintervaller till att &#8221;samla poäng&#8221;, beroende på hur snabbt/hårt man avverkar en jobbig arbetsuppgift&#8230; ja, då har de flesta en tendens att blåsa skiten ur sig själva för högre poäng i slutändan. Nog med filosoferande kring &#8221;metconmentalitet&#8221;. Bra jobbat! Kanske är passet värt ett namn?</p>

<p>Riktigt stora teknikförbättringar av Rikard, Tobias, Samuel, Christian och och Ted. Bästa resultat idag stod Johan &#8221;Jab man&#8221; Claesson för. Han var så glad att han gick ut och gjorde regndansen direkt efteråt. Vilken partyprisse..</p>

<p>Tunga lyft idag iform av sumomarklyft. Det är en bra övning som komplement till det vanliga marklyftet.
